Scott Greatrex Counselling
Confidential counselling for people who carry a lot.
For adults navigating stress, burnout, relationship challenges, grief and the pressures that come with work, family and responsibility.
Life doesn’t always go to plan.
Pressure builds. Responsibility increases.
Conflict lingers. Loss reshapes things.
Sometimes you need a confidential space to slow down, think clearly and talk honestly - with someone who understands the environment you’re operating in.
Registered Counsellor
Meet Scott
I'm a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), holding a Diploma of Counselling with advanced study in mindfulness-based therapies, grief and loss counselling, and relationship counselling.
I provide a calm, confidential space where you can slow down, feel heard and work through life's challenges at your own pace.
Many of my clients are professionals, business owners, parents and people carrying significant responsibility—but my counselling is for anyone seeking support through stress, grief, relationship difficulties or periods of change.
-

Pressure is rarely just professional it becomes personal.
You don't have to reach crisis point before asking for support.
Many people come to counselling while they're still managing work, family and everyday responsibilities. From the outside, everything appears to be holding together.
But underneath, they may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from those around them or simply tired of carrying everything on their own.
Counselling offers a confidential space to pause, reflect and work through what's happening before those pressures begin to affect your wellbeing, relationships or quality of life.
